The nightmare of crashing my car — and 7 days in a coma — became the catalyst for real transformation and deep healing.
It led me to face everything:
💭 Depression
😟 Anxiety
🍷 Addiction
💔 Emotional trauma
And somehow, rebuild myself from the inside out.
I’ve got the scars — and 42 pieces of titanium in my face — to remind me of what I survived…
When I came out of the coma, one of the first things I said to my mum was:
“I need to help others.”
And I’ve been on that mission ever since.

In 2007, a devastating car crash nearly took Damien’s life — leaving him with critical head injuries, a shattered body, and a mountain of emotional pain. Doctors told him he Would never fully recover - but he refused to accept that fate.
He embarked on a decade-long journey, diving deep into the science of the mind-body connection, healing, meditation, and neuroscience — determined to rebuild his life.
Today, Damien leads workshops and one-on-one coaching experiences focused on Personal Transformation, Meditation, and Mind Over Matter.
