How to Reduce Stress & Anxiety Instantly | This is what Happens when you are Stressed!

Stress is an extremely debilitating state for us to live in long term.

Everyone is aware of the fight-or-flight in our nervous system. The autonomic nervous system has two components, the Sympathetic Nervous System and the Parasympathetic Nervous System. The Sympathetic Nervous System triggers the fight-or-flight response, providing our body with a burst of energy so that we can respond when something threatens us and something in our external environment is perceived as a threat.

What happens with the stress response is the brain actually moves into a different brainwave signature known as High Beta Brain Wave Activity – If this occurs for a long time, it will bring  incoherence disorder in the body.

Now, If we keep producing Stress Response this results in us being unable to get out of that Worried Fearful State. 

How do we get rid of this? – One of the best answers would be through “Meditation”. 

Meditation knocks that different Brainwave Signature known as High Beta Brain Wave Activity and it leads you to a Restorative Healthy Place. 

Tai Chi, Yoga, Reading, Unplugging from a busy life for a while and the like  –  These are some ways you can reduce stress.  

It is crucial and imperative that stress is behind every disease that we see in the world. 

Medical experts are aware that the Stress Response turns off your immune system. This is something that’s not really known by the general population.

Come to think of this right now, it has never been more imperative for you to start Balance, Bringing yourself out of that stress response, Start reacting and Take part in your own rescue because no one is going to actually do that for you.  At the end of the day, it is just you and only you who could actually take part in your own rescue.
